Case is made from 9.5 mm birch plywood with a black rigid PVC finish. The case is fitted with interlocking aluminium sections to the joint edges to give a splash proof seal. Edges will be fitted with 30 mm aluminium angle riveted every 100 mm. Large zinc coated pressed steel ball corners and edge brackets will increase strength and protection. The lid is secured to the case with four butterfly type catches. Recessed flip handles are fitted to the sides as shown. Internally the depth from rack strip to the back is 480mm. The bottom is fitted with two braked and two non braked 100mm swivel castors rated to carry 200kg max.
External dimensions are W550 x D610 x H870mm. Weight is 30kg.
