All our cases are made from 7mm Astroboard, a lightweight but very strong polypropylene honeycomb material. The cases are fitted with interlocking aluminium sections to the joint edges to give a splash proof seal. Edges will be fitted with 22 or 30 mm aluminium angle. Zinc coated pressed steel ball corners and edge brackets will increase strength and protection. The lid will be secured to the base with two butterfly type catches at the front and with two hinges at the back. Recessed sprung handles will be fitted. Internally the case is fully foam lined for the projector with space for cables etc.
